The TyTAN Business Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the TyTAN programme. As a key part of Operational Training Delivery, we provide high-level administrative and reception support across a high-security RAF/BAE Systems environment. Our responsibilities include managing workforce systems, overseeing absence reporting, coordinating access permissions, and delivering a first-class service to internal and external visitors — including overseas guests.
We are trusted to uphold and enforce strict security protocols, from issuing station passes to conducting building inductions, always operating with vigilance and professionalism. The team works closely with line managers, executives, and security personnel, often stepping above traditional admin boundaries to ensure operations remain compliant and efficient.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible team with strong customer service at its core. For those looking to develop their careers, there are real opportunities for growth and progression within the business.
