The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and strategically minded Head of GSBS Planning & Performance Reporting to lead our operational insights, KPI & SLA governance, and workload planning. This role plays a pivotal part in embedding Operational Excellence, ensuring transparent and data ‑ driven performance management, and providing real ‑ time insight that drives productivity and service improvement across our operations. The role is also a member of the GSBS - Global Development Leadership Team which will support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing reporting requirements on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule, ensuring consistency in definitions, reporting, benchmarks, and cadence.
Delivering monthly and quarterly business review reporting to senior executives and providing analytical insight for performance forums.
Overseeing workload planning, forecasting, capacity, and real time management for operational teams.
Driving data led insights, trend analysis, and process mining tools to drive performance management.
Building strong stakeholder partnerships across regions to support process strategy, adoption, and standardisation.
Coaching and developing the team to enhance reporting capability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
Proven leadership experience, ideally within global, fast paced, transactional service environments.
Strong analytical capability—including statistics, trend analysis, data interpretation, and large dataset handling.
Deep understanding of GSBS processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
Ability to influence, partner, and communicate effectively with senior leaders across regions.
Passion for Operational Excellence with experience coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.
Ability to operate within challenging timelines to deliver data led insights.
High levels of adaptability, commercial awareness, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
