What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key customer accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Handling the full customer journey—calls, emails, quotes, CRM updates, order management, and post-sale support.
Analysing account data to spot whitespace opportunities and increase profitability.
Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
Scheduling account reviews and maintaining up-to-date records of all client interactions and changes.
Delivering memorable service experiences and identifying areas for continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring:
B2B or B2C experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
Confidence in communicating over phone and video calls.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive and professional approach.
