Prestigious opportunity with a Global Market leader for an Applications/Systems Support Analyst with ERP knowledge. As one of our Applications/Systems Support Analysts, you will be responsible for:-
* Developing and maintaining a sound working knowledge of applications, business systems and processes
* Working with systems vendors and systems analyst colleagues to support the end user base with application issues (Finance, HR, ERP, SAP, WMS etc)
* Administering processes, e.g. access control, change management
* Participating in testing new software releases
* Assisting with master data management
* Working with the Business Systems team on the projects to roll out new systems
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
* Previous experience supporting applications and business systems
* Experience with/knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance or Supply Chain applications
* Familiarity with manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of complex information and requirements.
* Confidence in decision-making
* Good communication skills
* Multiple sites or international experience is an advantage.
