Safety & Compliance Manager
Global Commissioning is a specialist consultancy supporting the global data centre industry with commissioning, validation, and technical services.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What youll be doing:
- Managing our integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 27001).- Coordinating external audits and accreditations including EcoVadis and Achilles.- Acting as the day-to-day lead for Health & Safety across the business.- Supporting incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.- Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and internal policies.- Providing practical guidance to managers and project teams.
What were looking for:
- NEBOSH General Certificate - essential.- Experience in a safety, compliance, or IMS management role.- Good knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.- Confident communicator with a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset.- Experience in engineering, construction, or mission-critical environments is highly desirable.- Flexibility to travel around the UK and Europe is essential.
