About the Role
Lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achievement of performance targets. The role requires a hands‑on approach, continuous improvement of processes and the ability to support the sales floor and store management team when needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an efficient, safe and commercial environment.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floor and store management team when needed.
* Create an atmosphere where you support, motivate and inspire the team to be at their best.
* Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stock‑room and stock‑processing standards.
* Strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
About You

* Team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment. Able to adapt quickly and bring the team on board with new objectives.
* Great communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, calm and approachable under pressure.

* Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
* Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets desirable but not essential.
