Registered Manager – EBD Children's Home, Slough

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
* Work alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual and passionate owners to support registration and Ofsted preparation.
* Recruit, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of care staff.
* Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and outcomes.
* Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for children and young people or equivalent (or working towards).
* Proven experience in children's residential care, ideally in EBD settings.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Knowledge of Ofsted fundamental standards and regulatory requirements.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding, child-focused care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
