Administration Apprentice
AHFA Central Support Services
Location - Helensburgh
Fixed term 12 months
35 hours per week
ACHAG 10 £24,480


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Modern Apprentice within our Central Support Department to assist with all aspects of Administration. The apprentice will be responsible for general administration within the team including the support of the AHFA fleet, maintaining accurate meeting minutes, filing and general administrative duties across the business.

Our programme, your stepping stone - A university education isn’t for everyone – some people want to get out there and earn while they learn. We pay for all your training and we pay you for your work. You’ll become a full-time employee, spending at least 10% of your time working towards your apprenticeship accreditation, and the rest with your team, doing a real job and gaining practical experience in your chosen field.


Your abilities, our expectations - Plenty of ambition, bags of initiative and an eagerness to learn - that’s what we’ll be looking for in you, plus a willingness to take on the challenges coming your way. Most important will be your proactive attitude. We can teach you all you need to know about the role but your own enthusiasm and commitment will determine how fast you progress and how far you go.
