Press Brake Team Leader – Key responsibilities: Set a strong example by maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment at all times. Make sure quality standards and performance targets are met, monitor KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure products are delivered on time and to the correct specification. Lead, support and motivate the team, providing clear direction, training and feedback while dealing with any people matters fairly and in line with company policy. Encourage continuous improvement by using lean methods, addressing root causes of problems, supporting engineering changes, and improving processes. Collaborate with internal departments, ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards, and customer satisfaction.
