Duties
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting FTC working 32 hours per week? Do you have experience within the NHS or healthcare industry? If so, this could be the perfect contract for you! Our client is seeking a HR Advisor for a 4.5-month contract based in Birmingham, with 1 day of remote work per week. The hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days, ideally suited for someone with experience in ER work and safeguarding protocols. The salary is £37,000 FTE. This is a fast-paced role with responsibilities including:
* Maintaining effective relationships with the business and upholding high professional standards.
* Responding to general queries sent to the HR Inbox, owning or escalating as necessary.
* Leading projects supporting business growth through HR input.
* Supporting and occasionally leading HR-led training sessions.
* Assisting in consultations and business restructuring, acting as a point of contact for change-related queries.
* Proactively managing and supporting employee relations cases, including high-risk cases.
* Coaching and advising managers on employment practices, providing compliant and professional guidance.
* Handling queries regarding employment terms and conditions, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines met.
* Coordinating HR case administration, maintaining relevant databases and documentation.
* Providing ad hoc support to the HR team as needed.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified with at least 3 years of experience, particularly in a generalist or ER advisory role. If this exciting FTC sounds perfect for you, apply today!
