Business Development Executive
who's confident, ambitious, and ready to make an impact.
This role is all about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth. You'll be the kind of person who enjoys speaking with people, uncovering their needs, and putting forward solutions that genuinely add value.
What you'll be doing
* Developing new business opportunities across Northern Ireland
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers
* Presenting healthcare solutions that meet client needs
* Working to clear targets with the support of a dedicated team
* Keeping on top of market trends and competitor activity
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in
sales or business development
(ideally B2B)
* Confident communicator who can influence and build trust quickly
* Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets
* Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline of opportunities
* A team player who wants to grow with a fast-moving business
