We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Designer / WordPress Developer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable designing websites in Figma and building them as fully bespoke WordPress themes – with a strong emphasis on user-centred design, pixel-perfect front-end execution, and WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility compliance.You will work closely with our designers and lead developer to produce elegant, performant, and accessible digital experiences – from concept and prototype through to final build and launch.
Key Skills & Responsibilities – Design
1. Web & Interactive Design: Design full website layouts and digital experiences with a clear focus on UX, UI, and accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA).
2. Design Tools: Create detailed web designs using Figma, working within design grids and reusable component systems.
3. Wireframes & Prototypes: Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and gather client feedback.
