We're investing in our Communications team and are looking for an Internal Communications Channel Manager to play a pivotal role in managing internal communication channels within Stonegate Group, one of the biggest pub groups in the UK.
As our Internal Communications Channel Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of communication strategies to facilitate effective information flow across various departments and levels within the company.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives. You’ll need to have a related qualification, ideally in Communications or Marketing, as well as significant internal communications experience within a large multi faceted organisation.
Key responsibilities for the Internal Communications Channel Manager will include:
1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal channel strategy
2. Working with the wider communication and engagement team to curate, create, and distribute engaging and relevant content across various internal communication channels
3. Continuously evaluating the performance of internal communication channels
4. Managing relationships with third party platform providers
5. Ensuring that all digital content remains up to date and relevant for specific audiences
6. Establishing guidelines, policies, and best practices for the use of internal communication channels, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
7. Staying up to date re:emerging communication technologies and tools to enhance internal communication processes and drive innovation within the organisation.
8. Implementing mechanisms for collecting feedback from employees regarding communication channels and content, and use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
9. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on the use of communication channels and tools, including training sessions and resource materials
