We are looking to appoint two Catering Assistants to join our Catering and Hospitality team, who operate seven catering outlets, vending services and an extensive hospitality service throughout the University.
With a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate, or equivalent qualifications/experience, a passion for excellent customer service and experience of working in a busy catering environment are essential. Together with barista skills and the setting up and delivery of food and beverage operations across diverse locations, you will also demonstrate flexibility on working hours.
Daily duties will include serving and preparing hot and cold food, making coffee using traditional and automaticmachine and making iced beverages, collecting and washing of crockery and cutlery, maintaining the cleanliness of outlets, completing daily check sheets for food safety, stock taking, and operating the tills and handling card and cash payments.
