About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and curious team player to join our fast-paced Consumer Insights team. As the Consumer Insights & Reputation Coordinator, you will support review generation, reputation management, and research efforts to understand and enhance the experiences of residents, families, and staff across senior living, in-home care, hospice, and personal care brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is a natural problem solver, and is eager to grow across data, marketing, customer experience, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and Facebook.
* Assist in generating reviews using automated tools and team follow-up.
* Support profile management and citation consistency across platforms.
* Assist with survey distribution, tracking, and organization from residents, families, employees, and referral sources.
* Analyze and summarize survey results for internal reporting.
* Support special projects, process documentation, and internal dashboards.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure feedback is actionable and processes are efficient.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, administration, or analytics support (internships welcome).
* Strong communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and Google Workspace; quick to learn new tools.
* Curious mindset with a tendency to ask “why?”
* Empathetic, especially when handling sensitive feedback.
* Bonus: Experience with senior living, healthcare, or review platforms like Google Business, Reputation.com, or Birdeye.

Working Conditions
This role involves standing for long periods, effective communication, and the use of various equipment. It requires occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and reviewing detailed documents. The environment is moderate noise, with a hybrid work model (one day remote per week). Occasional travel may be necessary.
