What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification – Essential
* Proven experience in a room leader, senior practitioner, or key person role within an EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding
* Confident communicator with families and wider childcare teams
* Passionate about delivering outstanding, child-centred care and education

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, keeping learning journeys up to date
* Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families
* Support, mentor, and role-model best practice for junior practitioners in your room
