Sales Strategy & Operations Lead - Global Tech
* Salary ; £75k - £80k pa

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven professional to join our EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team on a 9-month contract (parental leave cover). This is a chance to work directly with senior sales leaders across multiple markets, shaping commercial decisions and driving growth.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver data-driven insights on revenue trends, product adoption and sales performance
* Lead business reviews and planning processes across EMEA markets
* Partner with country leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales performance
* Manage annual planning, go-to-market design and strategic projects
* Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at the highest level
we’re looking for:
* 4–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, sales operations, or an analytical commercial role in tech/digital/media
* Advanced SQL and Excel skills (must have)
* Strong problem-solving, commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
