Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a new 2-bed children's home specialising in learning disabilities.
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and overseeing the SC1/registration process.
* Building and mentoring a team from the ground up.
* Implementing a values-led approach focused on the needs of children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Shaping the culture and vision of the home with support from experienced consultants.

Qualifications
* Experience managing or deputising in a children's residential home for at least 1 year
* Have worked in a children's home for 2 years within the last 5 years
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the SC1/registration process
* A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or be working towards it
* A passion for working with children with learning disabilities and complex needs
* Confidence in leading, mentoring, and building a team from scratch
