Essential Criteria: The successful candidate should hold a SCQF Level 7 or above qualification in Childhood Practice or equivalent, and ideally be working towards or already hold a BA in Childhood Practice or a SCQF Level 9 leadership qualification. You should also have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role with children aged 0–5 years, along with experience in leading high-quality early learning and childcare provision.
