Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
* Support residents during mealtimes.
* Encourage and facilitate residents’ independence and active participation.
* Identify and implement residents’ personal goals and care plans.
* Promote physical activity and new interests in a supportive environment.
