Learning Support Assistant – Level 3
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
Daily Rate: £90 – £120
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support in both academic and non-academic settings
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
Help create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Encourage student independence, confidence, and personal development
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals
Monitor student progress and contribute to ongoing assessments and reviews
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in education or related field
Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
Knowledge of effective classroom support strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting individual learning needs
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
