Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Ledger Clerk to join their Transactional Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, managing payment processing, and contributing to a smooth-running finance function.
Your new role
1. Reviewing bank for iing payments and correctly inputting them into customer accounts
2. Raising invoices, credit notes, and customer statements, and ensuring timely distribution
3. Uploading invoices and credits for credit-approved customers
4. Allocating payments with accuracy and efficiency
5. Updating weekly cash flow and reporting financial figures to stakeholders
6. Raising stock orders andpilingmission statements
7. Conducting monthly reconciliations of the accounts
8. Applying for customer credit limits
9. Supporting customer queries and providing financial assistance as needed
10. Assisting in the organisation of work-related events and activities
11. Carrying out any additional duties reasonably required
