Customer Service Advisor Bridgwater, Somerset | £27,000 Bonus Benefits | Full-time, Permanent A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic Operations team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with manufacturing experience, to play a key role in delivering outstanding service and operational excellence. The Role As Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the linchpin between customers and internal teams. From managing enquiries and quotations to ensuring smooth order processing and production planning, your role will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll communicate daily with departments across the business – including production, purchasing, and technical teams – to meet customer needs and timelines. Key Responsibilities * Responding to customer enquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders * Providing accurate quotations and order updates * Coordinating with production planning to confirm schedules and delivery dates * Supporting long-term customer relationships with excellent service * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment * Helping to develop improved processes within a culture of continuous improvement * Providing cover for Purchasing & Planning Administration when needed About you * Experience in a customer service role within manufacturing * Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, methodical, and able to work independently Package * £27,000 per year bonus (roughly £1,000) * Monday – Friday (early finish Friday) * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Private pension & sick pay scheme If you are interested, please call Ben Critchley on (phone number removed) or apply online *Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position* *Sponsorship is not available
