Job Description
Production Administrator - 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Are you ready to contribute to the success of our 2026 car programme? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Production Administrator to join our team, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Working within our Programme Management team, this role will work with the Project Planning Team to ensure that planning lists accurately reflect manufacturing capacity and workflow. You will also support the Planning Team to raise work orders for each respective production area.
Your challenges include:
* Administering and managing your production areas' Work-To-List daily.
* Monitoring and maintaining a capacity forecast of your production area, ensuring data accuracy for make vs buy decisions.
* Liaising with the relevant project manager when capacity is reached to advise on rescheduling operations, avoiding delays.
* Ensuring stock management is reflected in ERP aligned with parts coordinators' requirements.
About You
We seek someone passionate about planning, timely execution, and making impactful decisions. Experience with D365 or other ERP systems is preferred, with the ability to learn systems quickly. Attention to detail, data interpretation skills, and the ability to work under challenging deadlines are essential. A positive, collaborative attitude with confidence to escalate issues is also required.
