Your new role


We’re seeking an exceptionally organised and forward‑thinking Sales Office Coordinator & Assistant to provide vital support to the UK team. This role sits at the heart of the UK operation, ensuring that people, information and projects run smoothly and stay on track.
You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a fast‑moving environment—bringing order to busy schedules, coordinating team activities, managingpeting priorities and producing polished reports and presentations. Your attention to detail and structured approach will help ensure the team functions seamlessly and nothing gets overlooked.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Team Support
6. Acting as PA to the Head of a UKpany, including managing travel arrangements, calendar coordination and preparing reports and presentations.
7. Taking ownership of organising key information, documentation and reporting, ensuring the UK team operates
8. efficiently
9. Supporting the UK sales and technical teams with coordination and administrative support
10. Liaising closely with the Export team in France
11. Office & Team Coordination
12. General office administration, including post, invoices and expenses
13. Coordinating internal activities to ensure the team remains organised and aligned
14. Supporting cross-department activities and ensuring project information remains up to date
15. Producing workflow and internal process documentation

Projects, Data & Reporting
16. Coordinating internal projects and supporting project tracking, timelines and documentation
17. Updating and maintaining the CRM system and associated reporting
18. Manipulating data and producing reports including:
19. Sales analysis

What you'll need to succeed

20. Proven experience in Sales Admin/Coordination or project PA roles.
21. Excel skills and confidence with Pivot tables are essential.
