Job Title: Administration Assistant
Our client, based in Quedgeley, is looking for a team player to join their close-knit, friendly team on a permanent basis. Your role will involve looking after the members of the association, organising events, and carrying out basic administration duties.
*Please note: To apply for this role, you must be able to attend an annual conference meeting for a week in October, supported by the whole team. Time off will be given in lieu, separate from the holiday package.*
Candidate Responsibilities:
1. Processing membership applications
2. Dealing with customers via phone, post, and email
3. Helping organise training events
4. Coordinating the association’s annual congress
5. Performing various administrative duties
Candidate Attributes:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great attention to detail
* Eagerness to learn
* Ability to multitask
* Computer literate, including Microsoft Office packages
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
