Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business in the Falmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Finance Director in a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role. You'll play a key part in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and business planning, with scope to influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small finance team
* Manage cash flow, banking, and invoice financing
* Oversee credit control and purchase ledger
* Process monthly payroll
* Assist with management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
* KPI Monitoring and reporting
* Maintain financial controls and support year-end audit
* Drive process improvements and cross-team collaboration
About You
* Formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or MAAT qualified / QBE with demonstrable experience
* Strong all-round finance experience (management accounts, cash, controls)
* Excellent Excel skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive, team-focused approach
