Absolute Law Recruitment are supporting an award winning firm who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years' PQE into their Team. You will provide legal support to the firm’s Commercial Property Department and, in particular, to support the Department’s Partners and Solicitors by providing accurate and timely work on client files as delegated by them. In particular, the role requires diligent and accurate processing of SDLT and Land Registry matters and preparation of completion statements, invoices and all pre and post property completion aspects relating to commercial property transactions. The role requires management of your own case-load and involves direct client engagement and matter-related time targets.
