Senior Business Central Functional Consultant
Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week)

Overview:
A well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join a highly engaged and supportive team. The role offers the chance to lead full-cycle BC implementations across various sectors, working closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver impactful ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
-Deliver workshops and provide expert advice to stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain functions.
-Perform gap analysis and design tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
-Coordinate with the development team to ensure functional requirements are translated accurately.
-Support data migration, UAT, and post-go-live phases.
-Engage in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals and functional designs.
Requirements:
Proven track record delivering successful Business Central (and/or NAV) implementations.
In-depth knowledge of core BC functional areas (Finance, Inventory, Trade, Manufacturing, etc.).
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
