Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy hotel near Oakham in Rutland. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in a busy fresh food operation. You will support the Head & Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant, bar and functions. The role is 40 hours a week with overtime paid. Live in can be provided.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
Preparing and plating for hotel and restaurant guests

The Person
You will already be a Chef de Partie
Able to work unsupervised
Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen
Good attention to detail
