Role: Resource Manager Location: London About the role: As the Resource Manager for our CGI Studio, you will be the operational heart of our production workflow. You are the master puzzle-solver who ensures our projects are staffed effectively, our timelines are realistic, and our creative talent is utilized to its full potential. Working at the critical intersection of project management, creative production, and client services, you will be responsible for scheduling and allocating all creative and technical resources across a multitude of projects. Your mission is to bring clarity and efficiency to a complex, fast-paced environment, enabling our teams to deliver world-class automotive content on time, every time. What you will be doing: Manage day-to-day scheduling of all CGI studio personnel including 3D Artists, Animators, Retouchers, and Motion Graphics Designers across multiple simultaneous projects Partner closely with Project Managers to understand project scopes, deliverables, and deadlines, translating these into detailed resource plans Lead daily stand-ups and weekly resource meetings to communicate priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure team alignment Act as the central point of contact for all resource requests, artist availability, and scheduling adjustments Maintain real-time, accurate overview of current and future studio capacity using resource management tools Collaborate with Studio Heads and Account Managers to forecast resource needs based on project pipeline Provide data-driven insights on utilisation rates, team capacity, and freelance requirements to support strategic hiring decisions Own and champion the use of Smart sheet and its Resource Management tool, ensuring data accuracy and best practices Generate regular reports on resource allocation, project burn, and team utilisation Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Studio Heads, Project Managers, Account Managers, and creative teams What you need to be great in this role: 3 years of experience in Resource Management, Traffic Management, or Senior Production Coordinator role Demonstrable experience within a fast-paced creative environment (creative agency, VFX/CGI studio, post-production house) Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Natural problem-solver with calm, pragmatic, and solutions-focused mindset under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams Proficiency and hands-on experience with Smart sheet, specifically its Resource Management functionalities (highly desirable) Good understanding of CGI production workflow and terminology (modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, compositing) (highly desirable) Previous experience working in an agency environment on high-volume automotive or technology accounts (highly desirable) Req ID: 15220 Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work Be always learning and listening to understand Be Results-focused to exceed expectations Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
