We are seeking a skilled Data Protection Administrator / Assistant to join leading housing association in Liverpool. This not-for-profit temporary role requires a detail-oriented individual to support the Legal department.

Description
The Data Protection Administrator / Assistant will be part of the legal team and responsible for all DSARs responses in addition to:
* Providing administrative support to the Legal department.
* Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Assisting in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
* Ensuring compliance with organisational and legal standards.
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
* Maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
* Supporting team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
* Contributing to the smooth operation of the Legal department.
* Experience in another Not for Profit / Housing association
Profile
A successful Data Protection Administrator / Assistant should have:
* Relevant experience in an administrative legal support role.
* Experience of managing DSARs and an understanding of UK GDPR.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
* Must have right to work in the UK.
* Must be immediately available / able to start at short notice.
* Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Job Offer
* Hourly salary ranging from £18 to £20.
