Senior Product Developer - ServiceNow (One Devon People Digital)

We are seeking a knowledgeable, creative, and ambitious System Developer to join the One Devon People Digital Services. The role supports the delivery of a unified digital front door (ServiceNow) for people services across Devon.
Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day management of EVA (ServiceNow HRSM), workflow optimisation and development, plus enhancements within the product.
* Optimisation and administration of corporate ServiceNow foundations such as HRSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalogue), Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub and CMDB.
* Improvement of automated complex and non‑complex processes and manual checks on data received; liaise with data providers to address issues.
* Maintain, analyse and troubleshoot business rules, client scripts, UI Actions, UI Macros, CMS Pages, notification events and Service Portal.
* Ensure robust application of Information Governance and Policies, planning for backup and recovery, managing system security and user access.
* Apply NHS Best Practice Guidelines in the administration of secure Health & Social Care Network (HSCN) facing websites and user password management.
* Deliver day‑to‑day expert technical advice and support to the EVA Product team, including senior stakeholders.
* Attend meetings as appropriate and act as the One Devon People Technology team representative or on behalf of the Associate Director of People Technology.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – flexible.
