The Role
* Primary focus: Bartending – delivering drinks service, wine knowledge, cocktail flair, and great chat.
* Also: Table Hostingwhen needed,waiting tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed.
* Flexibility is key. One shift you might be mixing Negronis, the next you’re guiding guests through a South African wine journey.
Who You Are
* You’ve got personality, presence, and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special.
* You feel deeply passionate about South African culture, wine, food, or hospitality.
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments - you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe.
* You don’t “serve.” You host, entertain, engage, and elevate.
