The position is office based but after training and probation, there will be some hybrid working on offer.
You will be reporting directly to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be:
to deal with customer enquiries
preparing and issuing quotations
checking incoming customer requests
organising purchase orders
dealing with dispatch details
working with the production department to understand the status of the orders
to also with other departments such as finance, regional sales managers, field sales representatives and freight companiesYou will need:
previous administration experience within a sales environment
experience in CRM and other Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
ability to communicate with a variety of people by a variety of means
