Site Supervisor – Earthworks (HS2 – Aylesbury Area)
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major HS2 project in the Aylesbury area, focusing on earthworks operations.
This role is ideal for reliable, hands-on supervisors who can manage teams effectively and maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
Responsibilities
* Supervise earthworks on site for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
* Manage site teams and coordinate activities to maintain productive workflows and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
* Minimum Gold CSCS Card
* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
* EUSR certification
* Proven experience supervising earthworks on large-scale infrastructure projects
* Plant tickets (advantageous but not essential)
