Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Permanent Earlies (Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm)
Location: Oldham
Salary: £40,000 + Overtime (x1.5 Mon–Sat, x2 Sun)
Shifts: Monday-Friday (6am-2pm)
Holiday Days: 25 + 8 Bank Holidays
We’re a well-established, stable business with a strong track record of looking after our people. We’re looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a permanent early shift – Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Keeping a large production plant running smoothly
* Reacting quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
* Taking part in project work and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production setting
* Multi-skilled – mechanically biased but happy to work across disciplines
* A team player who enjoys problem-solving and getting stuck in
* Willingness to learn, upskill and take on training
