Youll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of heavy goods vehicles to ensure they are kept to the highest safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HGVs to DVSA standards Carry out routine servicing and inspections Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults Prepare vehicles for MOT testing Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines Ensure health & safety and compliance procedures are followed Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience) Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year Monday to Friday working hours 1 in 2 Saturday mornings Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career development Supportive workshop environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
