Smart IT is one of the North East's leading providers of IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, and telecoms services. We're now ready to invest in a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts – both online and offline – and lead the development of our in-house Marketing Department.
This is a new and exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, implement the right tools (such as HubSpot), and build the foundations of a team around you as we grow.
The Role
* Develop and deliver a full-funnel marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
* Lead the implementation of HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation) and other supporting tools
* Manage and improve our website (WordPress), content, SEO, PPC, and online campaigns
* Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, print, and local awareness campaigns
* Collaborate with the leadership team and provide regular reporting on performance and outcomes
What You'll Need
* 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally in B2B, service-based, or tech environments
* Proven experience setting up and running campaigns via HubSpot
* Strong WordPress skills – content, updates, and general website management
* Confident leading strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute where needed
* Comfortable working across both digital and offline marketing
* Based within commuting distance of Gateshead – this is an office-based position
