Project Manager – Primary Care Transformation North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network (Burnham-on-Sea, Brent, Berrow, Highbridge, Cheddar & Axbridge) £43,000 – £50,000 per year (pro rata, depending on experience) Open to part time (minimum 25 hours) through to full time (37.5 hours) Fixed term for 12 months (with potential to extend or become permanent) North Sedgemoor PCN is seeking a motivated and delivery-focused Project Manager to help lead our ambitious transformation programme. This is a hands-on role where you will turn plans into action, driving change that makes a tangible difference for both patients and staff. Working directly with the Network Director and supported by a Service Development Lead, you will deliver projects that span clinical, operational and digital change. You will set up and run project structures, produce clear documentation, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure improvements are implemented safely and effectively. We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds. You do not need prior NHS or healthcare experience, although experience in regulated, complex or high-risk environments will be a strong advantage. What matters most is excellent organisation, resilience, and a proven track record of delivering projects to time and quality. This role is predominantly based on-site across our five practices, with the potential for some home working once established.
