About the role The successful candidate will oversee the school’s SEND provision and work closely with staff, students, and families to ensure effective support for students with additional needs. The role will involve: Leading and managing the school’s SEND provision Coordinating EHCPs, support plans, and targeted interventions Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to improve outcomes Supporting staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices Liaising with parents, external professionals, and local authorities Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and safeguarding requirements You will work closely with senior leaders and pastoral teams to ensure the school maintains a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
