Position Overview
We're looking for a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Mazda dealership in Oxford. At Johnsons Cars, we don't just sell vehicles, we create exceptional customer experiences. As one of the UK's leading independent franchise dealership groups, we represent 15 global brands and operate over 50 award‑winning sites nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
* Build relationships through follow‑ups, videos, and regular updates.
* Work towards and exceed sales targets as part of a high‑performing team.
Requirements
* Experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing sales role.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset.
* Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
* Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).
Salary and Benefits
* £20,000 basic salary + realistic OTE of £45,000.
* 5‑day working week (Monday‑Sunday rota).
* 31 days holiday, rising to 33 with service.
