They are looking for a confident, organised person to join their busy Service Department. If you enjoy talking to people, keeping things running smoothly, and want to develop new skills in a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you. What you’ll be doing Liaising with engineers and customers to arrange and coordinate site visits Keeping our service diary up to date using JobLogic and Sage Sending job details and instructions to engineers Preparing customer quotations for remedial and maintenance work Ordering and tracking parts and components from suppliers What we’re looking for Confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner Great organisation and attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a busy office environment Experience in service coordination, logistics, or office administration would be useful, but not essential. We’ll provide full training for the right person who shows enthusiasm and initiative.
