The Person
* A self motivated Contract Manager with perseverance and entrepreneurial appetite.
* The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing arboricultural teams, being able to drive productivity and ensuring that the workforce provides a quality service.
* A strategic outlook driving continuous improvement and efficiencies
* Working with commercial and non-commercial clients.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role involving taking the lead on delivery of our arboriculture services in the North East area, monitoring the progress of teams on-site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction.
* Responsibility for the Contract accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports.
* Organise staff and teams to deliver the service
* Recruitment of both seasonal and permanent staff
* Liaison with Client Officers
* Overseeing system compliance and quality checks
* Organising teams and rotas
* Taking a leading role in health and safety
