RECEPTIONIST - PART-TIME HOURS - ASAP START DATE - ONSITE - WOKINGHAM
Robert Half are assisting a long-standing client in their search for a temporary Receptionist for 4 months (potential for extension), offering part-time hours and up to £12.75 per hour!
Key details:
1. Job Title: Receptionist
2. Pay rate: £12.50 - £12.75/hr + holiday pay
3. Location: Wokingham
4. Hours: 25.5 hours per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Responsibilities:
5. Greet and direct visitors.
6. Provide information and answer the telephone or console switchboard.
7. Receive and send packages via couriers.
8. Maintain visitor log and/or call record, provide security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
9. Maintain boardroom schedule and equipment.
10. Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
Requirements:
11. Good Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
13. Ability to keep information organised and confidential.
14. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
