What you'll be doing day to day
6. You’ll work with entrepreneurial clients, providing guidance and support as their trusted advisor. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading client relationships Monitoring budgets, time, and expenses Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance Offering tax, accounting, and commercial advice Resolving accounting and tax issues Ensuring compliance with firm standards Maintaining long-term client relationships through effective communication Discussing significant findings with the engagement Partner Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to clients
About you
7. ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, with relevant experience in a similar role
8. Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships
9. Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
10. Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff
11. Organised, accurate, flexible and able to plan use of time efficiently
12. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues, with the aptitude to quickly build rapport
13. Excellent written and oral communication skills
