Location: Dingwall / Thurso
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Due to continued growth we have two opportunities which have arisen within our Dingwall and Thurso Agencies.
About the role:
We looking to further enhance our thriving, friendly, supportive & professional team with a reliable, organised and friendly individual. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service whilst ensuring you adhere to our compliance and regulatory requirements.
Your role will involve the majority of the administration work generated in the office with a focus on aiding and supporting the agents and team with their day to day operations such as reviews and enquiries. This will include producing reports and working to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
About you:
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
• Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
• I.T literacy is essential
• Minimum standard grade English or equivalent
