Reports to: Waterfront Manager & Operations Manager

Located in stunning locations across the Mediterranean, our resort offers a haven for enthusiasts like you. With ample time to hit the water, and use of all water sport equipment you can work abroad all whilst developing your skills.
As Sports Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our waterfront and land sports operations. You will spend time alongside the management team organising and running sports activities. You will be booking guests onto courses, signing them out onto the water and making sure there is the correct equipment available for the instructors. Customer service is at the forefront, making sure the guests are having a great and safe time out on the water. A personal interest in water sports is beneficial, and we will help develop this throughout the season.

Requirements
* RYA Powerboat Level 2 desired
* Valid First Aid Certificate desired
* International Certificate of Competence
* UK/EU passport holder
* UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
* UK/EU bank account
Main Responsibilities
* First point of contact for the guests on the waterfront
* Manage the operations desk – signing all equipment on and off the water
* Manage all course and lesson bookings alongside the managers
* Ensure Mark Warner and NGB standards are upheld
* Maintain a high level of customer service
