7. Maximizes the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with Company strategy
8. Drives the team to be daring by ensuring they cross sell and use selling techniques to maximize opportunities
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
9. Represents Bottega Veneta fully, creating connections and developing a strong client portfolio
10. Helps the team to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best in class service in alignment with company standards
11. Builds effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
STORE OPERATIONS
12. Maintains the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirements
13. Guarantees to follow Company policies and procedures, and ensures team members are informed accordingly
