Were looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer, based in the West Midlands, to lead Asset Care Excellence programmes across complex, high-output food manufacturing sites.
Part consultant, part change agent youll assess each site, design the improvement roadmap and coach the team to deliver it. Real autonomy, real impact, real numbers on OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
The role
Deploy Asset Care Excellence programmes across multiple food sites
Apply the full reliability toolkit RCM, TPM, FMECA, RCA
Coach engineers and leaders from shop floor to boardroom
Drive adoption of CMMS and condition monitoring
